Description

This PTFE four-blade propeller paddle is intended for use with an electric stirrer. The 350 mm shaft contains a stainless-steel core beneath a PTFE covering. Four propeller blades create a large circulation volume within the vessel. Clockwise or forward rotation drives liquid downward along the centerline. Reverse rotation changes the central flow direction upward. This directional flexibility promotes vertical turnover of the sample solution. The paddle is suitable for medium-speed mixing of low- to moderate-viscosity materials. Its PTFE construction resists aggressive chemicals, temperature extremes, adhesion, and weathering.
