Description

This PTFE crescent stirring paddle is intended for powered overhead mixing. Its extended 600 mm shaft supports use in tall or deep containers. A stainless-steel rod reinforces the shaft beneath the PTFE sleeve. The sample contacts only the PTFE exterior under normal use. The movable 120 mm crescent blade can pass through a restricted vessel opening. Its profile follows curved-bottom vessels and promotes axial circulation. The paddle is intended for medium-speed mixing of low- to moderate-viscosity liquids. PTFE provides resistance to chemical corrosion, extreme temperatures, adhesion, and outdoor aging.
