Highlights

Designed for immediate use with user-provided DNA.
Selective primers crafted from highly conserved genetic regions.
Fine-tuned probe and primer chemistry enhances detection power.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0421-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Plasmodium Genus Universal

Model: 24827

Description

This kit utilizes SYBR Green dye-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the Plasmodium Genus Universal gene. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, PCR amplification occurs, generating fluorescence signals. The fluorescence intensity is monitored in real time, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of Plasmodium Genus Universal with high sensitivity and specificity.
