Description

This integrated system is designed for peptide-chain synthesis, reagent preparation, and related cleavage operations. The reaction vessel performs amino-acid coupling to progressively form the target peptide chain. The amino-acid activation vessel prepares dissolved and deprotected amino acids for coupling. A dedicated solution-preparation vessel accurately prepares deprotection reagents. The system is operated through an explosion-proof control console or electrical cabinet. Product-contact vessels are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and can be lined with PTFE or PFA for additional corrosion resistance. Mirror-polished internal surfaces and replaceable filter plates support cleaning validation. Multilevel agitation and flow-disturbance components improve material contact and reaction uniformity. Independent vessel modules, multiparameter monitoring, and accurate flow or weighing control support stable processing. Optional automated powder charging, resin discharge, drying, recovery, and temperature-control modules can be integrated.
