PEEK Inverted Cone Fitting, 4 MPa (CAT#: STEM-AL-2645-ZJF)

This inverted cone fitting is designed for connecting semi-rigid tubing in fluid-handling systems. It is available in PEEK, ETFE, and stainless steel material configurations. The fitting uses standard straight threads for installation into compatible ports. Multiple thread options support connection to different instrument and manifold interfaces. It accommodates PTFE, FEP, and other semi-rigid tubing with several outside diameters. An added stainless steel compression sleeve prevents rigid tubing from rotating while the fitting is tightened. This structure is suitable for preassembled tubing and connections that require frequent disconnection. The fitting provides a mechanically secured fluid path across a broad operating temperature range.
