Ostertagia Genus Universal Dye-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-0469-ZJF)

Highlights

Kit components are pre-prepared; users only supply DNA.
Primer design targets conserved elements for accurate identification.
High-performance sensitivity for trace detection.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0469-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Ostertagia Genus Universal

Model: 24776

Description

This kit utilizes SYBR Green dye-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the Ostertagia Genus Universal gene. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, PCR amplification occurs, generating fluorescence signals. The fluorescence intensity is monitored in real time, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of Ostertagia Genus Universal with high sensitivity and specificity.
