• Study the mechanism and surgical treatment of liver transplantation.

"Two-sleeve" method:
1. Acquisition of Donor Liver.
2. Vascular cuff preparation: the walls of the portal vein and inferior hepatic inferior vena cava are everted, placed on polyethylene tubes and fixed with silk thread.
3. Recipient surgery: remove the liver after anesthetizing the rat, place the donor liver, and anastomose the superior and inferior vena cava.
