OLED Photoelectric Test System

The optical-electrical characteristic testing system for the OLED device comprises a computer, a single chip microcomputer, a multichannel ADC, a DAC1, a DAC2, an OLED driving and collecting circuit, a voltage reference source and a temperature sensor. By testing the current-voltage characteristics, luminous brightness-voltage characteristics, temperature-current characteristics, luminous efficiency-voltage characteristics, color coordinates and electroluminescence spectrum of OLED devices, the quality of the device's luminous performance and electrical performance can be judged.

  • LAMP (Φ3, Φ5, Φ8, Φ10), Piranha-LED (piranha), HP-LED (1W, 3W, etc. high power), halogen lamp (10W OSRAM, etc.), COB.
  • TOP&SIDE View SMD TYPE LED (0603, 0805, 3014, 3020, 3528, 5050, 5050M, 5630) and other light source tests.
  • Energy-saving lamps, incandescent lamps, high-power straight tube fluorescent lamps, circular fluorescent lamps, bulb lamps, downlights, spotlights, ceiling lights, spotlights, LED street lights, panel lights and other indoor and outdoor lighting and decorative lights.

Application

  • Test parameters: electrical parameters, color parameters and photometric parameters, compatible with basic types of lamps on the market (bulb lamp street lamp, landscape lamp, down lamp, fluorescent lamp, etc.)
