Nylon Membrane (15×16.5cm, 0.45μm), model FFN13 is manufactured by Beyotime. This product is a pre-cut nylon membrane with a pore size of 0.45μm, which is suitable for Southern blotting, Northern blotting, EMSA, colony/phage transfer, as well as analysis and detection of dot and slot blot and DNA and other nucleic acid. It has a positive charge, which can help the combination of negatively charged nucleic acid and nylon membrane.
The pre-cut size is 15×16.5cm, which can meet the transfer membrane of commonly used monolithic gel of 2 pieces. It does not need to be cut before use it, so the operation is more convenient.
