NK Medical NB-SSx Stainless Steel Bassinets manufactured by Novum Medical are provided for neonatal units and maternity wards to safely hold newborns in the critical early days of life. NK Medical Bassinets come with True-Fit^TM frames which provide maximize support to both ends and the sides of bassinet baskets. The True-Fit^TM frames allow the baskets to be placed in multiple positions, including the Trendelenburg position. Baskets, mattresses, and accessories are sold separately. The Newborn Bassinets are made of heavy gauge stainless steel with a polished finish, making them strong, attractive, and easy to clean.

Stainless Steel Bassinets are available with shelves, drawers, and cabinets for storage of equipment and supplies. Both the self-closing cabinets and the drawers can be opened and closed without noise to avoid waking infants. Bassinet drawers slide on nylon ball bearing. The Hospital Bassinets feature four 3" Whisper-Glide^TM casters (2 of which lock) for gentle and quiet movement.
