Description

The TSC24 is a laboratory nitrogen evaporator designed for rapid, controlled evaporation of solvents from multiple samples simultaneously using nitrogen gas blowdown. A directed stream of inert nitrogen gas accelerates solvent evaporation from sample surfaces without the risk of oxidative degradation. An integrated heating block provides temperature-controlled evaporation, improving throughput while protecting heat-sensitive analytes. Individual gas flow controls for each sample position allow per-sample adjustment for different volumes or evaporation rates. The multi-position format enables parallel processing of multiple samples, improving laboratory throughput. Needle-tip or blunt-tip gas probes are positioned at a controlled height above the sample surface to maximize evaporation efficiency. Chemical-resistant materials throughout the gas path prevent contamination of samples from solvent vapors. The instrument is compatible with standard laboratory glass vials, culture tubes, and centrifuge tubes.
