Nitrocellulose Membrane (6.3×8.3cm, 0.45μm), model FFN03 is manufactured by Beyotime. This product is a pre-cut nitrocellulose (NC) membrane with a pore size of 0.45μm, which is suitable for the transfer of protein from gel to membrane during western blot and the transfer of nucleic acid during nucleic acid detection. The pre-cut size is 6.3×8.3cm, which can meet the transfer membrane of commonly used monolithic gel. It does not need to be cut by yourself before use it, so the operation is more convenient.
This product is compatible with a variety of dyes, such as Ponceau-S red, Amido black, CPTS, Colloidal gold, and India ink. After dyeing with dyes such as Ponceau and CPTS, the dyes can be washed off, while dyes such as Amido black and India ink are irreversible.
The NC membrane is suitable for detection by chemiluminescence (such as BeyoECL Star, BeyoECL Plus, ECL, etc.), conventional color development (such as DAB, TMB), dyeing, isotope and fluorescence methods.

Precautions:
Since the nitrocellulose membrane is a hydrophilic membrane, it does not need to be immersed in ethanol, methanol and other solutions for activation.
Since this product is Triton-free, it may not be completely infiltrated in pure water, 20% ethanol-containing transfer fluid or other transfer fluids. If this happens, soak the membrane in 0.1% Triton X-100 for 5-30 minutes until it is completely wetted. This step does not affect the subsequent transfer and western blot detection.
Nitrocellulose membranes are brittle and easy to break, so be careful when handling them.
This product is limited to scientific research by professionals, and must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, or used for food or medicine, and must not be stored in ordinary residences.
