The NDJ-4 is an analog rotational viscometer designed for measuring liquid viscosity and viscous resistance. It is applicable to oils, coatings, plastics, food products, medicines, adhesives, and related fluids. The wider measuring range supports testing of low- to high-viscosity materials. A pointer-type display provides straightforward reading of measurement results. The lifting mechanism uses a helical rack and gear to support controlled movement of the measuring head. A universal joint at the rotor interface improves rotor positioning and connection stability. High-performance engineering-plastic gears provide wear resistance during speed adjustment. The supplied rotors are precision-machined from imported 304 stainless steel. Eight selectable rotor speeds provide flexible testing across different sample viscosities.
