Selective primers crafted from highly conserved genetic regions.
Fine-tuned probe and primer chemistry enhances detection power.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0841-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Mycoplasma Haemobos (Bovine Hemoplasma)

Model: 24396

Description

This kit utilizes SYBR Green dye-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the Mycoplasma Haemobos (Bovine Hemoplasma) gene. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, PCR amplification occurs, generating fluorescence signals. The fluorescence intensity is monitored in real time, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of Mycoplasma Haemobos (Bovine Hemoplasma) with high sensitivity and specificity.
