Description

This kit utilizes SYBR Green dye-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the Mycoplasma Genus Universal gene. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, PCR amplification occurs, generating fluorescence signals. The fluorescence intensity is monitored in real time, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of Mycoplasma Genus Universal with high sensitivity and specificity.
