Description

This real-time PCR kit is designed for the sensitive and specific detection of Mycoplasma canis using probe-based technology. Primers targeting conserved gene regions of Mycoplasma canis ensure precise amplification. The generated fluorescence is continuously tracked throughout the reaction, enabling reliable qualitative and quantitative diagnostics.

Note 2: Reagents in the kit are sufficient for the number of tests indicated on the label.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
-20°C ± 5°C, protect from light, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles (less than 7 times); shelf life is 12 months.
Applicable Instruments:
Compatible with real-time PCR systems including ABI, MX3000P/3005P, LightCycler, Bio-Rad, and Eppendorf.
Additional required equipment: DNase/RNase-free 1.5 mL centrifuge tubes, 0.2 mL PCR reaction tubes, filter tips (10 µL, 200 µL, 1000 µL), centrifuge, vortex mixer, and pipettes of various capacities.
Sample Requirements:
Depending on circumstances, use intestinal tissue from dead or culled cattle under sterile conditions. For live animals, samples may include whole blood, serum, plasma, feces, vomit, oral/nasopharyngeal/respiratory secretions, throat/nasal/ocular/anal swabs, or viral cultures.
Cross-contamination must be avoided. Samples should be tested promptly after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, samples should be kept below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Short-term: Store at -20°C.
Long-term (up to 6 months): Store below -70°C.
Transport using 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are strictly prohibited.
