Mouse Mitochondrial DNA Dye-Based qPCR Kit, 50 Tests/Box (CAT#: STEM-SLSR-0044-ZJF)

Highlights

Ready-to-use kit requiring only sample DNA; the entire detection process (per sample) takes just 2.0 hours.
Primers are designed based on conserved regions of mouse mitochondrial DNA to specifically amplify target sequences without cross-reacting with unrelated DNA.
Based on dye-based fluorescence qPCR, offering higher sensitivity than conventional PCR.

Cat Number: STEM-SLSR-0044-ZJF

Application: For qualitative and quantitative analysis of Mouse Mitochondrial DNA

Model: 25204

Description

This kit utilizes SYBR Green dye-based real-time fluorescent PCR technology. Specific primers are designed to target highly conserved regions of the Mouse Mitochondrial DNA gene. In the presence of the target nucleic acid template, PCR amplification occurs, generating fluorescence signals. The fluorescence intensity is monitored in real time, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of Mouse Mitochondrial DNA with high sensitivity and specificity.

Centrifuge, vortex mixer, micropipettes of various specifications
Agarose, electrophoresis tank, power supply, gel imaging system
Sample Requirements:
Acceptable sample types include food, feces, vomit, oral samples, saliva, nasal/throat/eye/anal swabs, and virus cultures.
Cross-contamination should be avoided. Samples should be tested immediately after collection or stored at -20°C ± 5°C. For long-term storage, keep below -70°C.
Sample Storage and Transport:
Samples can be stored short-term at -20°C.
For long-term storage, keep below -70°C (no longer than 6 months).
During transportation, use 2-8°C ice packs. Repeated freeze-thawing is strictly prohibited.
