Description

The KJ511-6 microplate or assay plate is a multi-well format laboratory consumable designed for high-throughput sample processing, assay development, and analytical testing. It is manufactured from medical-grade polystyrene (PS) or polypropylene (PP) using precision injection molding to produce consistent well geometry, optical flatness, and uniform wall thickness. Standard 96-well plate formats are available in flat-bottom, V-bottom, and U-bottom configurations to accommodate different assay types including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), cell-based assays, and centrifugation-based sample preparation. White-bottom plates maximize fluorescence signal in luminescence and fluorescence-based assays by providing a reflective surface, while black-bottom plates minimize background fluorescence for high-sensitivity fluorescence measurements. Deep-well plates are designed for sample preparation workflows requiring larger volumes per well, including protein digestion, extraction, and library preparation. The plate is available in full-skirt, semi-skirt, and no-skirt frame configurations and in 8-well, 12-well, and 24-well removable strip formats to match specific instrument and workflow requirements. Reagent reservoirs ( ) and multi-channel reservoirs are available to complement multi-channel pipetting for parallel dispensing into plate wells.
