Highlights

Cooled CCD imaging

Bright- and dark-field integration

Automated exposure

Cat Number: STEM-BC-3404-ZJF

Application: for Western Blot chemiluminescence imaging

Model: M-Blot E2000

Description

The M-Blot E2000 is a chemiluminescence imaging instrument for Western Blot analysis. It uses a high-performance cooled CCD camera for signal exposure and image acquisition. The system automatically combines bright-field and dark-field imaging information. This integration supports visualization of membranes and chemiluminescent signals in one workflow. The instrument is designed to perform automated chemiluminescence exposure. An independent copy computer can be connected directly to the system. This arrangement allows users to transfer and copy exposure results without inserting a USB drive into the imaging system. Separating the copy computer from the operating system reduces the stated risk of USB-borne malware affecting instrument operation.
