Listeria Enrichment Broth is a selective medium designed for the enhanced recovery of Listeria species from food samples. Supplemented with nalidixic acid, acriflavine HCl, and cycloheximide, it effectively inhibits competing Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive contaminants, and fungi, respectively, while promoting the growth of Listeria.
