The Lifemeta automatic tube welder is designed for aseptic welding of TPE tubing used in single-use storage bags and sampling bags. It supports empty-to-empty, liquid-filled-to-empty, and liquid-filled-to-liquid tube welding. The system can perform reliable tube welding in non-sterile environments when properly operated. Short tube length requirements support compact tube assembly layouts. The welding process produces a smooth internal surface and a clean external flange. The instrument includes preset tube welding programs for common tube sizes and supports adding processes for same-size tubing from other brands. Tube holder recognition helps reduce operating errors. Validation support includes pressure testing, tensile strength testing, water flow testing, bacterial challenge testing, extractables testing, particulate testing, and endotoxin testing.
