The LCS-DVT-RV is a digital rotational viscometer for measuring medium- and high-viscosity materials. A 7-inch full-color touchscreen guides users through method setup, measurement, and data collection. The precision stepper motor provides accurate speed regulation across the 0.1-250 rpm range. An internal damping system reduces vibration and supports smooth, low-noise operation. The controller provides data averaging and configurable QC upper and lower limit alarms. Up to 10,000 results can be stored in the instrument. Measurement data can be printed, sent to a computer through RS232, or exported through USB. A temperature-probe connection supports real-time sample-temperature monitoring. Timed testing, unit conversion, multilingual operation, and the rigid aluminum lifting column improve workflow flexibility and repeatability.
