The LCS-DVT-LV is a touchscreen rotational viscometer for rapid and guided viscosity measurement. Its 7-inch color touchscreen assists users with method creation, test execution, and data collection. A high-precision stepper motor and synchronous damping system provide stable speed control with low noise and minimal maintenance. The instrument supports data averaging and upper and lower QC limit alarms for result evaluation. Internal memory stores up to 10,000 measurement records. Results can be printed locally, transferred to a computer through RS232, or exported through a USB drive. A temperature-sensor interface enables real-time monitoring of sample temperature. Timed measurement and selectable stepless or fixed-speed modes support different test procedures. The multilingual interface supports Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, while the aluminum lifting column provides stable and smooth rotor positioning.
