Description

The LCS-DV-HB is a high-range rotational viscometer for extremely viscous liquids and semi-fluid samples. It provides a measurement range extending to 3.2 × 10^8 mPa·s. A precision stepper motor and synchronous vibration-damping system maintain stable rotor movement. The microcomputer controller processes and displays measurement data on a TFT color screen. Internal memory stores up to 10,240 results for traceability and comparison. RS232 connectivity supports printing and computer-based data transfer. The built-in curve function shows viscosity variation with temperature and elapsed time. A temperature-sensor interface provides real-time monitoring from 0 to 60°C. The reinforced aluminum lifting-column design stabilizes the measuring head and ensures smooth adjustment through its full travel.
