Industrial magnetron technology provides continuously adjustable non-pulsed microwave output. Automatic frequency-conversion control helps distribute microwave energy uniformly and improve digestion consistency. PID control monitors temperature and pressure throughout the programmed process. A corrosion-resistant 316L stainless-steel cavity supports work with aggressive digestion reagents. The six-layer self-locking steel door and automatic fault alarms improve operating safety. A high-capacity exhaust and cooling system accelerates post-run cooling and supports efficient sample processing.
