The LCA-PMD-12 is a twelve-position microwave digestion system for high-throughput analytical sample preparation. It enables multiple samples to be processed together for environmental, food, chemical, and biomedical testing. Industrial-grade microwave generation supports reliable operation during long or heavily loaded digestion programs. Automatic variable-frequency power regulation provides continuous output and improves electromagnetic-field uniformity. The intelligent controller monitors temperature and pressure while displaying real-time process curves on a high-resolution screen. The industrial 316L stainless-steel chamber is treated for resistance to heat and corrosive digestion media. A six-layer steel door with mechanical and electronic safety checks limits access during operation. Unidirectional rotation, high-capacity exhaust, automatic fault detection, and rapid cooling improve uniformity and productivity.
