The LCA-PMD-10 is a ten-position microwave digestion system for simultaneous preparation of multiple samples. It serves chemical analysis, environmental surveillance, food-quality testing, and biomedical research laboratories. The industrial magnetron and automatic frequency-conversion technology provide continuously regulated microwave power. Stable non-pulsed output helps improve digestion uniformity and experimental repeatability. PID control software tracks temperature, pressure, operating progress, and abnormal conditions. A chemically protected 316L stainless-steel cavity provides a durable environment for acid digestion. The multi-layer self-locking door and dual-lock verification prevent unsafe operation when the chamber is not secured. Continuous rotational mixing, automatic alarms, and rapid cooling support efficient and controlled sample processing.
