The LC-YDZ-30 is a self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen supply tank for replenishing compatible cryogenic containers. Its shell, inner vessel, and principal components are manufactured from austenitic stainless steel. The internal pressurization system vaporizes a small amount of liquid nitrogen to create dispensing pressure. This pressure transfers stored liquid nitrogen without requiring an external pressure source. Vacuum insulation helps reduce heat ingress and static evaporation losses. A pressure gauge, safety valve, and vacuum-sealing connector support controlled operation. Dual automatic safety valves provide two levels of pressure protection. A pressure-stabilizing system promotes a steady liquid flow during dispensing. The mechanical level gauge allows users to monitor the remaining liquid nitrogen. A corrugated neck tube and high-strength construction support reliable cryogenic performance.
