The LC-YDZ-230 is the largest self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen supply tank in the listed series. It provides 230 L of effective capacity for large-scale cryogenic replenishment applications. The tank uses austenitic stainless steel for its shell, inner vessel, and major operating components. Its internal pressure-building system converts a small amount of liquid nitrogen into vapor pressure for discharge. This arrangement enables liquid transfer without a separate pump or external gas source. Vacuum insulation and a corrugated neck tube reduce thermal losses during storage. Dual automatic safety valves protect the system through redundant pressure control. A pressure-stabilizing assembly maintains smooth flow during liquid delivery. The mechanical level gauge provides clear indication of the remaining cryogenic liquid. The installed pressure gauge, safety fittings, and vacuum-sealing connector support safe and controlled operation.
