LC-VHE-5 Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier, 5000 mL Capacity (CAT#: STEM-BC-3548-ZJF)

The LC-VHE-5 is a medium-capacity vacuum homogenizing emulsifier for laboratory formulation and process development. It performs reaction, mixing, emulsification, dispersion, and homogenization in a single vessel. The system is suitable for creams, oil-water emulsions, polymerization, and nanomaterial dispersion. Its jacketed high-borosilicate glass reactor can receive circulating heating or cooling liquid from external equipment. Vacuum operation down to -0.098 MPa supports reduced-pressure processing requirements. The SUS316L anchor-ribbon agitator and PTFE scraper reduce material accumulation on the vessel wall. A 25DG homogenizing head operates from 8000 to 30000 rpm for high-shear treatment. The 500 mm electric lift and integrated seven-port cover simplify charging, cleaning, and maintenance.
