The LC-VHE-1 is a modular vacuum homogenizing emulsifier for laboratory formulation work. It integrates reaction, mixing, emulsification, dispersion, and homogenization functions. The system is suitable for creams, oil-water emulsions, polymerization reactions, and nanomaterial dispersion. Its jacketed high-borosilicate glass reactor can be connected to an external heating or cooling circulator. Vacuum equipment can be connected to provide reduced-pressure operation down to -0.098 MPa. The stirring drive supports digital speed display, forward and reverse rotation, and stepless adjustment. A 20DG homogenizing head provides high-speed processing from 8000 to 28000 rpm. The electric lifting column and seven-port integrated cover simplify operation, cleaning, assembly, and maintenance.
