The LC-SPE-16FQ is a 16-position solid phase extraction manifold for processing multiple liquid samples in parallel. Target compounds are adsorbed onto solid extraction media while sample matrices and interfering substances are removed. Elution or thermal desorption then releases the retained compounds for subsequent analysis. The process helps reduce matrix effects and improve analytical sensitivity. A transparent quartz-glass vacuum chamber provides chemical resistance and direct observation of the extraction process. Sixteen independent channels and individual StopCock valves allow users to regulate each extraction position separately. Polymer supports, 316 stainless-steel guide needles, and PP tubing provide corrosion resistance and stable sealing. Height-adjustable collection-tube racks support tubes of different lengths and diameters.
