Description

The LC-SPE-12+ is an upgraded 12-position solid phase extraction manifold for laboratory sample preparation. It separates target analytes from liquid-sample matrices through adsorption onto solid extraction media. Retained compounds can be recovered by elution or thermal desorption. This workflow supports purification, enrichment, and improved detection sensitivity. The transparent acrylic vacuum chamber provides corrosion resistance and clear process visibility. Twelve independent flow-control valves allow separate adjustment of each extraction position. The upgraded configuration uses robust 316 stainless-steel guide needles. Anti-cross-contamination tubing improves channel isolation during multi-sample processing.
