LC-SGR-50L Single-Layer Glass Reactor, 50 L Capacity (CAT#: STEM-BC-3527-ZJF)

The LC-SGR-50L is a 50 L single-layer glass reactor for high-capacity pilot applications. It performs heating, reaction, evaporation, separation, concentration, and solvent recovery under vacuum. The transparent GG-17 vessel allows visual observation throughout the process. Seven vessel ports support addition, condensation, temperature measurement, vacuum control, stirring, and discharge functions. A low-speed torque-enhanced motor drives the PTFE-coated anchor stirrer through a 3:1 reduction system. The large-diameter shaft and flange seal support stable mixing and vacuum retention. A vacuum gauge provides direct pressure indication during operation. The 304 stainless-steel bath supplies controlled external heating for the full reaction volume.
