The LC-SGR-30L is a 30 L single-layer reactor for large laboratory or pilot-scale processing. It combines external heating, vacuum control, and torque-enhanced stirring. The equipment supports synthesis, evaporation, separation, concentration, and solvent recovery. Its GG-17 spherical vessel provides seven connection ports and direct process visibility. A geared motor drives the PTFE-coated anchor stirrer at speeds up to 450 rpm. The 70 mm PTFE flange and fluororubber sealing system support sustained negative pressure. A vacuum gauge displays operating pressure during the reaction. The large 304 stainless-steel bath provides uniform external temperature control.
