The LC-SGR-20L is a 20 L glass reactor for medium-scale laboratory and pilot processing. It provides controlled heating and mechanical stirring under vacuum. The system supports reaction, evaporation, concentration, separation, and solvent recovery. A transparent seven-port GG-17 vessel accommodates multiple process accessories. The low-speed high-torque motor uses a 3:1 reduction ratio for stable mixing. A PTFE-coated anchor stirrer and PTFE flange seal improve chemical compatibility. The vacuum gauge allows continuous monitoring of chamber pressure. A 304 stainless-steel bath provides external heating across the specified temperature range.
