The LC-SGR-10L is a 10 L single-layer glass reactor for pilot-scale chemical processing. It combines heating, vacuum operation, and low-speed high-torque stirring. The reactor can perform synthesis, evaporation, separation, concentration, and solvent recovery. Its spherical GG-17 vessel includes seven ports for process accessories and connections. A geared motor with a 3:1 reduction ratio drives the PTFE-coated anchor stirrer. The 15 mm stirring shaft supports stable mixing of larger liquid volumes. A vacuum gauge provides direct monitoring of negative pressure. The 304 stainless-steel heating bath supplies external thermal control across a reaction range of -80°C to 250°C.
