The LC-NJ-100A is a specialized tester for determining the caking capacity of coking coal. It measures both the caking index and the Roga index of prepared coal samples. The instrument is suitable for coal, metallurgy, coking, and scientific research laboratories. An electric motor drives two test drums through a worm-gear reduction mechanism. Coal coke blocks rotate inside the drums for mechanical strength testing. The resistance of the coke blocks to abrasion and breakage is used to characterize the sample's caking ability. Integrated electronic drum sensors provide long service life and strong resistance to interference. Computerized control manages the drum cycle automatically without manual cycle setting and records the number of starts. An LED digital display, manual reset, and automatic power-on reset support straightforward operation.
