The LC-NA-500 is a combined nitrogen and air generator for chromatography laboratories. It integrates two gas-generation systems into one instrument to reduce dependence on gas cylinders. The generator can supply nitrogen and compressed air to as many as two gas chromatographs. Its nitrogen section uses repeated purification and a multilayer plate design to achieve the specified purity. The air section includes three purification stages, two pressure-regulation stages, and multiple protective functions. Both gas channels can operate separately or simultaneously according to laboratory demand. The LCD and pressure gauge allow users to monitor operating conditions directly. A non-return liquid protection device prevents backflow into the nitrogen system. The higher gas-flow capacity supports more demanding chromatographic applications while routine maintenance remains limited to replenishing distilled water.
