The LC-KH-30 is a 30 mL hydrothermal synthesis reactor for larger laboratory digestion and reaction volumes. It provides a closed high-temperature and high-pressure environment for processing poorly soluble materials. The vessel can prepare samples for spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, atomic absorption, and related analytical methods. It also supports hydrothermal synthesis, polymerization, and small-batch chemical reactions. The outer pressure body is constructed from nonmagnetic 304 stainless steel. Its PTFE liner offers resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and common corrosive media. A manual threaded-cap mechanism and tightening rod provide secure vessel compression and sealing. Precision machining, smooth internal walls, and controlled thermal ramping support reliable operation and convenient cleaning.
