LC-IMD15 Microwave Digestion System, 60 mL Vessels (CAT#: STEM-BC-3431-ZJF)

The LC-IMD15 is a high-performance microwave digestion system for analytical sample preparation. It supports simultaneous operation with one to twelve digestion vessels. A UPE rotor provides corrosion resistance and stable vessel positioning. Non-contact pressure sensors and wireless infrared temperature sensors monitor all vessels during operation. The controller automatically adjusts microwave output according to sample load, vessel type, and measured temperature. The digestion cavity is formed from industrial-grade 316L stainless steel and protected by six PFA anticorrosion layers. Automatic pressure relief, interlocked multilayer door protection, and microwave shutdown improve operating safety. Stored methods, automatic cooling, microwave extraction, and microwave synthesis modes support a range of laboratory workflows.
