LC-HRB-100 Homogeneous Reactor, 300°C and 100 rpm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3610-ZJF)

The LC-HRB-100 is a homogeneous reactor designed to accelerate chemical reactions under controlled heating and rotation. It mixes multiple reactants in solution to support efficient catalyst-assisted reaction processes. The stainless-steel working chamber and internal crossbars are made from 304 stainless steel. Its enclosed transmission structure helps protect electrical components from heat, dust, and liquid exposure. The system accommodates multiple reaction-vessel capacities from 25 mL to 250 mL. Optional reactors use nonmagnetic 304 stainless-steel bodies with acid- and alkali-resistant PTFE liners. Constant-value and programmable operating modes support flexible temperature, speed, timing, and rotation-direction settings. A USB interface, independent overtemperature limiter, door alarm, three-level access control, and mobile leveling casters support safe and convenient operation.
