The LC-HPR-C50 is a compact mechanical stirring high-pressure reactor for small-volume chemical reactions. It combines a stainless-steel pressure vessel with a mechanical stirring system. The static and graphite sealing structure helps prevent leakage during pressurized operation. This sealed design is suitable for flammable, explosive, toxic, valuable, and highly penetrating chemical media. The vessel body and cover are manufactured from 304 stainless steel for corrosion and heat resistance. A brushless DC motor provides mechanical stirring from 0 to 1000 rpm. The LCD displays temperature and stirring speed for direct process monitoring. The split reactor and heating assembly allow rapid separation, cooling, cleaning, and material handling.
