LC-GJK100-2 Sealed Sample Pulverizer, Two 100 g Bowls (CAT#: STEM-BC-4091-ZJF)

The LC-GJK100-2 is a dual-bowl sealed pulverizer for preparing analytical samples. It is suitable for coal, ore, rock, nonmetallic minerals, and brittle metallic materials. Two samples can be processed at the same time to improve laboratory throughput. Each bowl contains a crushing ring and hammer that grind material through vibration and impact. The system processes two 100 g batches in less than two minutes. The prepared material reaches a fineness of 120-200 mesh without separate screening. A hydraulic cover support and quick-clamping chamber improve loading convenience. The sealed grinding structure minimizes dust and supports stable, low-noise operation.
