The LC-FS-550E is a high-speed laboratory disperser for mixing and homogenizing fluid materials. It combines dispersion and stirring functions in one machine and one processing vessel. High-speed impeller rotation generates substantial tangential velocity and centrifugal force. The material experiences hydraulic shear and repeated high-frequency mechanical action. This processing supports efficient mixing, dispersion, and homogenization of formulations with viscosities up to 10000 mPa·s. A permanent-magnet brushless DC servo motor provides smooth, low-noise, and maintenance-free operation. The integrated controller displays rotational speed clearly on an LED digital panel. An adjustable vessel holder and supplied dispersing impellers support stable and convenient operation.
