The LC-FS-1500E is a high-capacity high-speed disperser for laboratory and pilot-scale material processing. It combines stirring, dispersion, and homogenization functions in one vessel. High-speed impeller movement creates strong tangential velocity and centrifugal force. The resulting hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical action promote efficient material breakdown and blending. The system processes batches from 0.5 kg to 30 kg with viscosities up to 10000 mPa·s. Its 1500 W permanent-magnet brushless DC servo motor provides smooth and stable drive performance. A 540 mm manual lifting travel accommodates larger vessels and improves working-height flexibility. The LED speed display, adjustable vessel holder, and 80 mm and 100 mm impellers support controlled large-volume operation.
