The LC-FS-1100E is a high-speed disperser for larger laboratory batches. It integrates stirring, dispersion, and homogenization in one processing system. The rotating impeller develops high tangential velocity under motor drive. Centrifugal force subjects the fluid to intensive hydraulic shear and repeated mechanical action. This process supports efficient treatment of materials weighing up to 15 kg. The instrument can handle samples with a stated maximum viscosity of 10000 mPa·s. A permanent-magnet brushless DC servo motor provides stable operation, precise speed adjustment, and responsive braking. The LED controller, adjustable container bracket, manual lifting assembly, and standard impellers simplify experimental setup and operation.
