The LC-FG-48 is a cryogenic grinder for rapid processing of multiple laboratory samples. It supports dry grinding, wet grinding, mixing, homogenization, and low-temperature grinding. The system is suitable for plant, animal, bacterial, yeast, textile, PCB, paper, soil, and other soft or medium-hard samples. Up to 48 small sample tubes can be processed simultaneously to improve throughput. An integrated refrigeration system keeps heat-sensitive samples at controlled low temperatures throughout grinding. Vertical vibration of the grinding beads promotes uniform and efficient sample disruption. The sealed grinding process helps prevent sample loss and cross-contamination. A brushless variable-frequency motor provides low-noise operation and reduced energy consumption. The stainless-steel chamber, touchscreen control, lid sensor, supplied adapters, and multiple bead sizes support safe and convenient operation.
