The LC-CBG-270S and LC-CBG-270P are large-capacity carbon dioxide incubators for biological research and production laboratories. They provide a controlled environment for cultivating cells, tissues, bacteria, and other biological materials. The 270 L chamber supports higher sample throughput in immunology, oncology, genetics, and bioengineering workflows. Integrated microcomputer control uses PID logic to maintain stable and accurate temperature conditions. The LCD displays operating temperature, programmed temperature, real-time CO₂ level, selected CO₂ level, door temperature, and heating status. A double-door structure combines secure magnetic sealing with a full-glass inner observation door. Adjustable shelves allow efficient use of the spacious 304 stainless-steel chamber. Natural water-tray evaporation maintains chamber humidity, while an inlet filter reduces airborne contamination. Uniform silicone-wire heating, UV sterilization, door interlocking, parameter memory, and comprehensive alarms support reliable long-term culture.
