The LC-CBG-160S and LC-CBG-160P are medium-capacity CO₂ incubators for cell, tissue, and bacterial culture. They reproduce controlled temperature, carbon dioxide, humidity, and pH-supporting conditions for in vitro cultivation. The units are intended for research in immunology, tumor biology, genetics, and biotechnology. A PID-based microcomputer system regulates temperature precisely across the chamber. The LCD controller clearly displays set values, real-time values, heating condition, and door-heating status. Double sealing is provided by the magnetic external door and fully glazed internal door. The inner glass door allows broad visual inspection while reducing environmental disturbance. The adjustable shelving system improves utilization of the 160 L stainless-steel workspace. Silicone heating elements provide uniform heat distribution without abrupt temperature rise. Automatic data retention, restart recovery, diagnostics, and audible or visual fault protection support unattended experiments.
